Amusement park vacation fun is a common destination for day trips during longer summer travel plans.   • Serious Personal Injury: These type of injuries include death, dismemberment, visible disfigurement, compound fractures, heart attack, stroke, permanent or significant loss of body part or function, head trauma, and other similar medical conditions.

Typical injuries may happen while using a water slide, playing in a bounce house, walking up the ramp to a ride, or even getting into a ride vehicle or seat. Minor injuries to more a more serious personal injury can easily occur during high speed or high intensity rides that include roller coasters, swing rides, or those rides which include sudden fast drops and turns.

While some injuries are covered under the above mentioned set of rules and regulations, other injuries are covered under a different set of amusement park rules depending on the type of equipment or structure that caused the injury.
